01 · Delivery in Bangladesh

Delivery costs Tk 80 inside Dhaka and Tk 150 elsewhere in Bangladesh. Ready pieces usually arrive in 2–5 days. Made-to-order pieces ship once they are finished; the making time is shown on each product.

02 · International shipping

We ship worldwide. After you order, we email you the shipping cost to your country and payment details. Nothing is charged until you approve the total.

03 · Payment

Cash on Delivery, bKash and Nagad inside Bangladesh. For bKash and Nagad, we confirm your order after checking the transaction ID.

04 · Damage and returns

Miniatures are delicate. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will repair or replace it. Custom-made pieces can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ from what we agreed.
